     As we go through life, we place stones in our bowl.  These stones represent our worries, problems, mistakes and disappointments; our daily troubles gathered and collected  ....  each stone a burden weighing us down and blocking our light.

        The magic of this  bowl is ... when we tire of carrying these burdens, all we need do is turn the bowl upside down  ...   thus, emptying our bowl and releasing us from all that was weighing us down.
